The Coral Seafood story
In the fall of 1985 Theodocios "Ted" Voyiatzis combined his vast experience in the seafood industry with his love for cooking and started Coral Seafood. With the love and support from his wife Georgia, the "Restaurant attached to a fish market" became a success.
Their guiding principle of hand selecting only the freshest fish and personally transporting it to the restaurant was the catalyst for this success. Hospitable service and fair prices were natural extensions of Ted and Georgia's personality.
Jim and George Voyiatzis grew up in the Worcester Restaurant and learned the value of Fresh Fish from their parents. Jim Voyiatzis is a gifted Chef who graduated from Johnson & Wales University Magna Cum Laude. Jim's expertise in culinary arts positively influences Coral Seafood. George Voyiatzis - A Graduate from Cornell University with a degree in Hospitality Administration - brings his passion for service to the restaurant. George's wife Eleni brings her brilliant smile to greet the guests and a Bentley accounting degree to handle the bottom line.
